Present: Mayor Danny Edwards, Tjay Bagwell, Robbie Burrell, Danny Woodward, Josh Roberts, Dennis Owens, David Underwood City Administrator Brent Taylor
Mayor Edwards called the meeting to order.
A motion was made by Councilman Underwood and seconded by Councilman Roberts to go into executive session to discuss a contractual matter. The motion was approved unanimously.
Council retuned from executive session.
Councilman made a motion for first reading of 2019-04 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF CERTAN REAL PROPERTY IN THE CITY OF WALHALLA. The Ordinance passed 5-1.
A motion was made to adjourn.
