Tugaloo to College:
More light pole base work for the new lights and working to ensure their proper installation. There will be many.
College to Catherine:
The waterline is completed to the center of Main Street. We will continue to cross today.
We are planning to bullet the road for the small water line and not open cut.
Traffic will still be down to two lanes for one more day.
The intersection of College is planned to be closed Thursday for the crossing of the electrical conduits for the new lights.
