Again, yesterday we were outdone by the weather. We look at it like who’s going to win? The weather or us. We will keep trying until eventually we will win and get to complete something.
With the wetness, the paving is delayed another week. Curb work and underground work will be delayed a couple of days for drying. We plan to muck out some of the wetness and place stone in its place so we can progress.
