For the people that noticed, there are NEW red fire hydrants in the center islands.
Some people question that decision.
These fire hydrants are positioned perfectly for the Fire Trucks to access for both sides of the street.
Today we will be prepping for the new sidewalks on the North side of Main Street.
Some sidewalks and crosswalks were poured yesterday.
We will pour the new driveway for the gas station at Main and Tugaloo today so that it can be open Friday morning.
Electrical work is continuing and hopefully soon we will see new light poles being installed and the street to be light up again.
