I think we survived the island curb pouring today. There will be more work in the islands, such as Hydrant installation and backfill. This work will happen after we pour the curb on the North Side of Main to keep the congestion down to a minimum.
Today we will be machine pouring curb on the North side of Main, which will be congested because of the curb machine and the concrete trucks.
It should not be quite as tight on traffic as the island curb pour was, but still will be a traffic problem.
