Plan Review

Most building permit applications require some level of plan submittal for review to ensure compliance. New businesses are required to arrange a walk-through with the City’s Community Development Team prior to the permitting process. Simply call City Hall or email cmyers@cityofwalhalla.com to discuss your project or set up a meeting. We are excited to meet with you and assist in realizing your project. Plans must include a complete working plan for architect life safety code analysis/ADA requirements, structure, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical. Plans must be sealed with applicable State of SC Registered Design Professional and firm seal or COA as applicable.
