The City of Walhalla will no longer accept ACH/E-Payments for utility bills. Customers are still able to set up automatic draft payments or electronic check payment through their financial institution. This change is due to previous issues with ACH payments and the City’s new financial institution.
Those wishing to set up auto draft should visit City Hall, 206 N Church Street, Walhalla to complete and submit the form. Forms are available online at http://www.cityofwalhalla.com/wp-content/uploads/auto-draft-application.pdf. Please have your financial institution complete the account information section or included a voided check.
Customers who choose to use electronic checks through their banking/financial institution should review their payment options to ensure adequate time for the check to arrive prior to the due date.
Payments may also be paid by phone, mail or visiting City Hall. To pay by phone, please call 1-864-778-2418. To pay by mail, please send the payment stub and check to City of Walhalla at PO Box 1099, Walhalla, SC 29691. To pay in-person, please visit City Hall at 206 North Church Street, Walhalla.
