The City of Walhalla will be hosting its annual Independence Fest in Downtown Walhalla from Saturday, July 1st to Tuesday, July 4th. Bring the family out to enjoy the carnival, pony rides, FREE concerts, fireworks & crowd favorite – the patriotic bike parade!!

Market Vendor Information
When: Sunday, July 2, 2023 and Monday, July 3, 2023 from 1- 5pm (Set-up: 11:30 AM – 12:45 PM; Break-down: 5:00 PM)
Where: City Green (The green space on the corner of N. Catherine St. & E. Main St.)
FOOD SALES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED
*Refund Policy | If the vendor event is canceled due to weather conditions, vendor fees will be fully reimbursed.

Food Truck Vendors
Mobile Food Vendors will be allowed in the City’s Food Truck Lot on a first come, first served basis.
All food vendors must have a valid Mobile Food Vendor Permit with the City of Walhalla.
In-County Annual Passes | $120 through June 30th; $150 after July 1st
Out-of-County Annual Passes | $240 through June 30th; $300 after July 1st
Day Passes | $25/Day
Food trucks will be allowed to remain onsite Saturday and Sunday night, if staying throughout Independence Fest. City officials reserve the right to request movement of food trucks.
