Time Cards must be submitted weekly for payment. Payment requests submitted more than 10 days late will not be paid. Payment requests will be reviewed weekly. Upon approval checks will be ready for pick up at the Rec Dept within 7-10 days. You will be notified by email when your check is ready. You must sign for your check upon pick up.
