LIFTED - August 20th, 226 – 48 Hour Boil Water Advisory
WALHALLA WATER DEPARTMENT OFFICIAL CUSTOMER NOTICE
The Walhalla Water Department is pleased to inform all customers that the 48-hour Boil Water Advisory issued on Thursday, August 20, 2026, has officially been lifted.
For customers on
Pickett Post Road
Oconee Station Road
Playground Road
Burnt Tanyard Road
Deaton Road
LeCroy Road
Falcons Lair
Bethel Church Road
and surrounding areas has been officially lifted.
All water restrictions have been lifted as well.
Water samples have been collected and tested, and results have confirmed that the water is safe for normal use.
Customers may resume using water for drinking, cooking, and all other purposes without boiling.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this advisory.
