Booth fees are $35 and cover your business license for the day of the event.

Deadlines for submission are as follows:

May 16- Jeep Fest: last day to submit is May 8, noon.

June 6- Outdoor Day at Stumphouse: last day to submit is May 28, noon. 

July 3- Independence Fest: last day to submit is June 25, noon.

September 19- Hispanic Heritage Festival: last day to submit is September 10, noon. 

October 3- Merchants Market: last day to submit is September 24, noon. 

2026 City of Walhalla Event Vendor Form

Walhalla city events are designed to be family-friendly events supporting local farmers, artists, business owners, crafters, and specialty foods. TO APPLY FOR CONSIDERATION: In order to maintain a high-quality and successful event, each vendor must read understand agree to the following standard operating guidelines. A completed Vendor Application and Vendor Fee must be submitted for consideration.
Acknowledgement of Method of Selection
The City of Walhalla only accepts a limited number of vendors for each event. Applications will be reviewed to ensure your product is the right fit for each event's theme. For vendors of equal standing, applicants will be chosen based on when the application was received. The City of Walhalla reserves the right to select the types of items to be sold to minimize duplication and retains the right to deny the selling of any item. In such an instance, the vendor will be contacted to discuss alternatives. Priority will be given to those that apply first. There is no guarantee that you will be the sole vendor or the sole vendor of any item.
Acknowledgment of Notification of Selection
Application submission does not guarantee a vendor space. Applicants will be notified via email of all approved items/services within fourteen (14) calendar days after application deadline.
Acknowledgment of Fees and Payment Process
Vendors must submit payment via credit card for the vendor fee at the time the application is submitted. In the event, a vendor is not approved, a refund will be issued to the card provided in the application. All city related business license fees for the event are included in the vendor fee.
Acknowledgment of Approximate Size of Booth
The approximate size for a vendor booth is 12 x 12 feet.
Acknowledgment of Vendors with Active Business License
Vendors with an active Business License will not be required to pay the vendor fee. In order to have your fee waived, you must provide a copy of your Business License. Please upload below.

Vendors with Delinquencies
Vendors with delinquent City of Walhalla hospitality taxes, vendor fees, business license fees, etc. will not be considered.
Food Vendors
Food Vendors must have an active food truck permit (day or annual).
Equipment/ Electricity
Vendors are responsible for providing all operational equipment. The city does not provide access to electricity or running water.
Trash
Vendors are responsible for cleaning their space before, during, and after the event of any and all trash in their area of operation.
Marketing/ Promotion
Vendors agree that all marketing and promotional material will be distributed ONLY from assigned booth location. No member of the organization is to distribute information verbal or printed more than five feet from assigned booth space.
Event Hours
Vendor agrees to operate throughout all hours of the event and agrees to remain in booth until official closing time. Vendor is required to be set up 30-minutes before start of the event. If vendor arrives past the specified set-up time for the event, the vendor may not be allowed admittance. If a vendor does not show up on the day of the event no refunds will be given.
Disclaimer
The event will be held rain or shine to the best abilities of the City of Walhalla. The City makes no representation as to the number of potential event attendees and assumes no liability for any financial loss due to vendor’s operation at the event. City of Walhalla staff has the right to deny any vendor. If the City of Walhalla cancels, refunds will be granted. Violation of listed policies will cause your business to be dismissed from the event grounds without a refund of vendor fee. In addition, your business may not be allowed to participate in future City organized events.
