• VENDOR SETUP: Please enter from N Catherine Street as shown on the diagram. Food

vendors/Food trucks will be set up along the Arby’s side and non-food vendors will set up along

the N Catherine Street side as shown in diagram.

• EVENT ENDS: 10PM

• BUSINESS PACK-UP: ALL VENDORS MUST DEPART BY 11PM.

LOCATION:

• MAIN STREET, WALHALLA SC

• THE CORNER OF MAIN AND N. CATHERINE ON THE GREEN BESIDE ARBY’S

EVENT DETAILS:

• STREET CLOSURES: Main Street will not be closed. Please see attachment for road closures

associated with fireworks launch area.

• DOGS ON LEASH: Dogs are welcome at the event, but they must be kept on a leash at all times.

There will be fireworks. If your dog is afraid of fireworks, please leave them at home.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:

• 4:30PM Vendor set up begins

• 6:00PM Event begins: Jake Crutchfield starts playing

• 7:30PM Rut Spence begins playing

• 9:30PM Fireworks show begins

• 10:00PM Fireworks show ends

• 11:00PM All Vendors must be packed up and streets cleared.
