Walhalla, S.C. — November 7, 2025— The City of Walhalla is excited to announce the first-ever Frosty’s Night Ride, a unique nighttime mountain biking experience at Stumphouse Mountain Park. The event will take place on Saturday, December 13, from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., starting and finishing at the Ross Mountain entrance.
Frosty’s Night Ride offers cyclists an opportunity to enjoy the park’s trails in a whole new light—literally. Participants will illuminate their paths with headlights and flashlights as they wind through Stumphouse Mountain Park under the stars.
The entry fee is $35, which includes an exclusive event t-shirt. All riders are required to check in and check out for safety purposes. Helmets and appropriate lighting equipment are required.

Stumphouse Mountain Park Details
Stumphouse Mountain Park is a public park located in Walhalla, SC. It is the only park of its kind in Upstate South Carolina with more than 30 miles of biking trails. Stumphouse Mountain Park encompasses 440-acres and includes: Stumphouse Tunnel, Issaqueena Falls, the Stumphouse Passage of the Palmetto Trail, and the Blue Ridge Railroad hiking trail. Annual park passes are available to Oconee County residents for $50 and non- Oconee County residents for $60 at here. Free passes are available at 105 W South Broad Street, Walhalla for Walhalla city residents with presentation of photo ID and water bill.
