WALHALLA, S.C. – The City of Walhalla is pleased to announce the appointment of Anna Smith as the City’s new Finance Director, effective April 1.

Smith brings more than a decade of experience in municipal finance, accounting and public administration, along with a strong background in financial management for local governments and educational institutions.
