The Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on July 24, 2023 to hear the following item:

A request for special exception to allow a manufactured home at Chris Ct.

A request for special exception to allow a manufactured home on W Ervin St.

A request for variance of minimum setbacks on W Main St.

A request for variance of minimum width and setbacks on N Church St.

The meeting will be held at 5:30 PM, in the City Council Chambers, located at 206 N Church Street, Walhalla. Please contact the Community Development Department at 864-638-4343 for more information.
