Walhalla City Council will hold a Public Hearing and 2nd Reading for Ordinance 2023-17 on Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at 5:30 PM. This proposed Ordinance was considered and amended on August 15, 2023.
Ordinance 2023-17: An Ordinance to Regulate, Restrict and Limit, in the interest of the Public Health and Safety, the use and operation of the Water and Sewer Systems maintained and owned by, or which may become the property of, the City of Walhalla and providing penalties for violation thereof. This ordinance rescinds all previous ordinances
and ordinances or parts thereof in conflict with are hereby repealed.
